Wow, I can’t believe another year has already passed us by.  Last year at this time,  Julie and I arrived at the new location around midnight,  unloading from our cars.  We opened for business with just two beds and a whole lot of boxes along with some tools.  Cindy, our beloved office manager joined our team the very next morning.  What a surprise she was in for, answering the phone and emails from my iphone, as nothing was set up.  Poor girl owns a Blackberry, so she wasn’t used to the touchscreen and was too afraid to tell her new employer why it took so long to respond to even one email. While Julie and I serviced regular clientele, we were far away from announcing our arrival.  In between appointments we were busy either building, sanding, painting or fixing something.   Our tool collection grew and grew.  It was a strange feeling for all of us, the same kind of feeling you get when you just move into a new apartment or house.  But we had to figure everything out soon - what furnishings were missing, what supplies to buy; how things will operate and who will join our team! And we had to figure things out before the holiday rush.
