Yonge and Eglinton’s Must-Visit Beauty Bar

We’ve never been tempted to have glamour shots taken.

Until we paid a visit to Pretty in the City Lash and Beauty Bar, that is.

First, the lovely ladies at this new uptown beauty bar cleaned up our unruly brows ($18 for brow shaping), then took our lashes from short and stubby to long and luscious with synthetic mink lash extensions (from $75). We couldn’t wait to flutter them coquettishly.

While there, we treated our chip-prone nails to a soak-off Gelish manicure ($35). It kept our digits looking great for two full weeks – and we’ll definitely be returning to try more of the 30-plus shades on offer.
